TSX is a 48-story mixed-use tower in the heart of one of the world’s busiest intersection in Times Square. The projecct includes the lifting of the historic Palace Theater 30’ to allow for new ground floor retail. Experiential retail fills up the podium up to a sky-lobby serving a new 669 key hotel.
